Online Food Ordering FAQs
Can I order from multiple restaurants in the same transaction?
No. Orders for different locations must be done through separate transactions. For example, if you want to order a cheeseburger at Purgy’s and a pizza from Paradise, then two separate transactions are required.
How do I use my passholder/employee discount?
An option on the checkout screen allows you to type in your pass number and will update your order with the discount applied.
Can I pay with cash through the online food ordering system?
At this time, we are only accepting card payment online. Contactless payment methods are available at all of our restaurants, so we encourage guests to avoid bringing cash.
Can I order in person anywhere on the mountain?
Yes, walkup orders are permitted at Bear Bar, Village Market & Deli, Purgy’s, Waffle Cabin, Purgy’s Coffee, Paradise Pizza, Powderhouse and Dante’s.
Which restaurants offer dine-in options?
Purgy’s, Paradise Pizza, Powderhouse and Dante’s Bistro currently offer indoor dining.
Is outside seating available?
Additional extra outdoor seating will be available at select locations. There are no capacity limits for outdoor dining.
Which restaurants offer grab & go options?
Village Market & Deli offers grab & go breakfast and lunch items. Paradise Pizza offers ready-made pizza by the slice. Purgy’s coffee and the Waffle Cabin are also good options.
Can I order my food in advance?
At this time, we do not offer scheduled pickup times. Food will be ready based on the number of orders ahead of you. Your confirmation screen will let you know what time your order will be ready.
Can I order alcoholic beverages through online ordering?
You may place a drink order through our online ordering option; however, you must present a valid ID at the time of pickup.
What if I just want to order a drink from the bar?
The Bear Bar, Purgy’s bar, Paradise bar, Dante’s bar and Powderhouse will be open for alcoholic beverages.
