What guests are saying

  • “205 was dark and dreary. The lights were very dim and there was no view except for a large refrigeration unit outside both living room and bedroom windows. Other family members stayed in 203 and had beautiful views and well-lit rooms. We were very disappointed when we asked for a late checkout and were told we would be charged $25 per hour for the privilege. Most hotels offer a later checkout time and don't charge a fee for an extra hour!”
