  • “We've stayed in many units in Kendall and Purgatory Village over the past thirty years seeing the best and worst. Kendall 440 is near the top in terms of comfort, quality, and condition. The unit is in overall good shape given its age and was clean and tidy. Furnishings were comfortable. Though small, the kitchenette was well-provisioned with appliances, cookware, and utensils. Maintenance issues (all minor) - Water diverter from tub to shower - when set to shower half the water still comes from the tub outlet - needs cleaning or replacement. Light over bathroom mirror didn't light on left side. Thermostat ran hot - setting "by the numbers" results in a temperature 10-15 degrees hot (we were comfortable with a setting between 55 and 60).”
