99 Travertine Trail

“I would like to start out saying this was our first time to Colorado. The views and hospitality we experienced was amazing. I am going to start out with the cons first of this unit. 1) If your from Texas or the deep south, we love our ceiling fans. This unit has none which I fully understand during the winter months. Air circulation would be nice. 3rd floor stays warm has heat rises. 1st floor was perfect temp. 2) We try to save money buy eating at the condo rather than eating out. Well, after breakfast on the first day I loaded the dishwasher and ran it with dirty dishes. Well, it leaked all over the kitchen and into the pantry once I noticed it. The wife called it in immediately. The girl that was at the front desk said she would put in a work order for it. We went out for the day and called back when we got back around. Same young lady told us she didn't know if they came or not and had no info. She said to run it again and if it leaks then it's not fixed. Well, we flooded the kitchen again..... This time I went up to the office with videos and pictures of the issue. The 2 gentleman (their customer service is amazing) that were there apologized and even offered to come hand wash the dishes. They said no order was put in after the girl said it was. They gave us a lot of extra towels as it took 7 towels to clean up both flood. Dishwasher was never fixed during our week stay. 3) Garbage.... No one knew what to do with it. They told us we could bring it over to the resort side and get rid of it in their dumpster. So, they expectations is to load bags of garbage into my new Expedition and bring it over. That wasn't happening and I left it in the garage. 4) Grill on the patio was not operational due to no propane bottle. I am from the south and LOVE to grill. That was disheartening. O well, kitchen cooking it is.... Enough complaining! This unit is beautiful. The details of the builder set this unit off. From 8ft doors through out, matching base boards to doors and cabinets. Plenty of room for 2 teenagers and 2 adults. The sana in the master shower was perfect after a day of hiking. Breath taking views and the hot tub was a nightly family gathering. I can't complement the unit enough!! Then the 2 gentleman (I am the worlds worst at remembering names) that checked us in, offered to come clean the dishes and provided us with plenty of towels were amazing. 5 star excellent customer service! I am a manager in retail and the service they provided is my expectations for my associates!! Give them a raise or recognize them for their services. WELL deserved.”
