Get ready for family fun in the San Juans. At more than half a mile long, Purgatory’s legendary alpine slide is a must-do for your summer checklist! A Durango favorite, riders set the speed as they race down the dual track and enjoy fun for the whole family!

The fine print

  • Riders must be at least 3 years old and 36″ tall to ride with an adult. Riders must be at least 6 years old and 48″ tall to ride alone.
  • Closed-toe footwear is recommended.
  • The maximum weight is 300lbs combined between driver and passenger.
  • All summer activities at Purgatory Resort are weather permitting.
  • Rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • All alpine slide riders are required to complete a Release of Liability.
